In just a few years, Maani components has grown from a handful of skilled workers to an operation that employees a full-time dedicated staff of more than 100 employees. Our experience allows us superior sourcing, selection and handling of veneers which only adds to the quality of our finished products. Bentwood technology involves the bonding of West-European veneers and the molding of plywood into various plywood furniture and plywood furniture components. We specialize in the use of radiofrequency for heating wood, which is then pressed into curves, bent and dried. Our facility is capable of producing over 100 different bentwood designs and has the capacity to manufacture several thousand components per day.
